Thank you so much for the BEAUTIFUL pictures!!! It’s amazing how Kayoko was able to capture every moment from the susnet on the beach, to the reception dinner and dancing! I can’t believe how fantastic they turned out, I find myself looking at them over and over again just reliving the day :) Working with Kai Photo has been one of the smoothest and most enjoyable aspects of planning the wedding (and that is saying a lot concidering we planned our Hawaiian wedding from Alaska!) 2008.08.30 - Fort Shafter Hale Ikena Wedding Reception

Today I attended a good friend’s wedding reception. It wasn’t a reception with a full program, but I really enjoyed it - as a guest this time! As always, I enjoy taking pictures of guests around the room. receptions are so always so much fun! I really enjoy laughing with everyone on the other side of the camera!

2008.05.23 - Prince Kuhio Wedding

This was our first time photographing at the Prince Kuhio Hotel since they have renovated. The hotel has a total new, modern look. The reception party was decorated with black table linen - a new trend that is now very popular in the mainland! We thought it worked very well with the bright and colorful ballroom interior design.
