--There's a $65.00 application fee (2021).

--You can apply within one year of your ceremony date.

--You can leave "Name of Performer" blank on your application.

2. Pick up your license within 30 days of your ceremony at the Hawaii Department of Health

--They are located at: 1225 Punchbowl St., Honolulu, HI.

There is a paid parking lot in front of the office.

--Both you and your fiancé need to be present and need valid IDs.

** If you cannot get to the DOH, here are other licensing agents that you may contact:

3. Be sure to bring your license to your ceremony and give it to your officiant.

-- If you need your marriage license sooner than 6-8 weeks, you can download a PDF from the Department of Health website or go back to the Department of Health to have them print out an official document.
