Koko Crater Botanical Gardens
Koko Crater Botanical Gardens is located in East Oahu, around 35 minutes (10 miles) from Waikiki and is best known for its variety of plumeria trees. The area's dry climate provides ideal growing conditions for a wide range of plants, especially native plants and many different colors of Plumeria. You'll also get to experience the natural landscape of Koko Crater. The peak season for Plumeria's will be from May through October. Koko Crater photographs well at any time of day but try to avoid the midday hours of 11am-2pm due to the hot and dry climate.
